HOW TO DYNO 🚀
A dyno is a move in climbing where you take 3 or 4 points of contact off the wall by moving dynamically (in this case, jumping!) to a hold.
Here's Coach Jen's (@jenwood435) dyno breakdown:
1️⃣ Prepare by ‘winding up’ for the movement then push with your legs - this is where power is generated!
2️⃣ Make sure to drive with your hips and pull into the wall as much as possible.
3️⃣ Laser focus on your target hold!
4️⃣ Practice dynos by making up your own! Don’t worry about the colours and HAVE FUN!
