Naresh had AVN of his right Hip Joint .
He had pain and severe deformity in lower limb .
We did Hip Replacement with MIS TECHNIQUE Direct Anterior Approach was used.
MIS technique has advantage of small incision minimal blood loss and fast recovery.
Patient is able to walk few hours after surgery.
Ceramic Hip Joint is used which has long life.
