KIRCHHOFF'S CURRENT LAW (KCL)/KIRCHHOFF'S VOLTAGE LAW (KVL)
This law states that the algebraic sum of changes in potential around any closed loop involving resistors and cells in the loop is zero. It means that in any closed part of an electrical circuit, the algebraic sum of the emfs is equal to the algebraic sum of the products of the resistances and currents flowing through them. It is also known as the loop rule.
