YouTube converts HD 30fps to 8mpbs bit rate after upload, so this should be a good approximation of the default bit rate. This Polaroid Cube with the bit rate increased or not, would work as a budget YouTube gear, Cheap YouTube Camera for beginners. Or even use it as an everyday carry camera for shooting b roll while out and about when not taking a ton of camera gear.
