In this video, we are going a look at the user experience and escalation to human agents when Certainly is deployed via Sunshine Conversations. Certainly can inherit user metadata to deliver personalized experiences, for instance by addressing the chat visitor with their personal name.
Certainly acts as first-line of support, accepting both quick replies and freely input text, and processing the claim accordingly.
The chat visitor can, at any given time, request the transfer to a human agent. The agents will have access to the full transcript of the chat between the visitor and Certainly. Furthermore, Certainly will pass on additional information. Once the human agent has solved the claim, they can optionally pass control of the conversation back to the Certainly chatbot.
