It's Christmas In July, 2022 - July 25th - and that means Turkey!!!
At least it does around my house! A perfect excuse to cook more turkey, this year opted to try something different - Ontario Turkey breasts cooked two ways! I would have preferred larger, but it is a bit outrageously hard to find turkey breasts, or fresh turkey for that matter, as this time of the year).
These turned out amazing - some of the most flavourful and tender Turkey I've ever had! Don't sleep on the St-Hubert spices - they were really flavourful and I'll be using them again - thanks Richard!
