Requesting Multiple Contract Signatures in TaxDome: Firm & Client View

Описание: Contracts are able to be signed by many contacts. All signers' signatures will be on the signed document.

By default, linked contacts with login access are set to 'Signs contract'. For a contract to be considered signed, all contacts with the setting 'Sign contracts' are required to sign.

Contracts will show a progress counter to indicate how many contacts have signed (example: 2/3) and how many are still pending (2 signed, 1 remaining) (The same as it works now for signatures). Audit trail for contracts is available as well.

Your clients see how many signers are going to sign a Contract. The field they need to sign will be active, and by hovering over other fields they know who’s supposed to sign them
