Ingredients:

For Boil Broccoli:
1 cup Broccoli
1 tsp Salt
Water as required
For Masala Paste:
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Whole Pepper
15 small pieces Ginger
15 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Water
For Broccoli Masala:
3 Dry Chillies
1 Bay Leaf
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 Cardamoms
2 Cloves
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Onion
2 Tomato Puree
grinded Masala Paste
Salt as needed
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 cup Water
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
Steps:

Broccoli boils Preparation:
==========================
1. Add Water as required in an Pan
2. Close the Lid & Cook until Water reaches boils
3. Once Water reached boiling, add 1 cup Broccoli chopped
4. Press the Broccoli gently at same time , turn off gas flame
5. Rest it for 10 minutes
6. After 10 minutes, drain off the Water, keep it aside
Masala Paste Preparation:
========================
7. Add 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Whole Pepper
15 small Pieces Ginger
15 cloves Garlic
3 Dry Chillies in Mixer Jar
8. Close the lid & grind fine Paste
9. Now Masala Paste is ready to cook
Broccoli Curry Preparation:
=========================
10. Add 2 tbsp Oil in an Pan
11. Add 1 Bay Leaf
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 Cardamoms
2 Cloves
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
12. Saute all ingredients for 1 minutes
13. Add 2 medium Size Onion fine chopped, saute for 5 minutes
14. Add grinded Masala Paste
2 medium size Tomato puree
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
15. Mix all ingredients nicely
16. Close the lid & cook for 5 minutes
17. After 5 minutes, Masala cooked well
18. Add 1 cup boiled Broccoli, mix it nicely
19. Close the lid & cook for 5 minutes
20. After 5 minutes, Broccoli 50 percent cook
21. Add 1/2 cup Water, mix it well
22. Close the lid & cook for 5 minutes
23. Now 5 minutes later, broccoli cooked well
24. Add 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves, mix it well
25. Tasty Broccoli Masala is ready to serve.
