Hey guys, I was convinced that Imperial Mandate has been nerfed too much for mid laners, but I saw Nemesis (who is currently Rank 1 on EUW) still using it on Aurelion Sol, so I wanted to test it out on Ahri, and it's really not bad at all! It's a good replacement to the Glacial build where you have less overall damage but you get to slow everyone consistently.
