Have you ever thought that not just the destination, but the journey itself tells a complete story?

In this video, I take you along on my cycle journey — leaving behind the crowded city, riding through peaceful roads, passing forests, and finally reaching the City of Temples — Bishnupur.
A place whose history is nearly 1000 years old.

This is a land known for its magnificent terracotta temples and the world-famous Baluchari sarees.
Bishnupur is not just a city —
it is the true identity of Bengal,
where every wall, every design, and every thread tells a story.

On this journey, there is calm, there is fatigue, and at times just the sound of the bicycle and the company of nature.
People had warned me that on the forest route you might spot animals like deer or even bears… but what I found instead was cool, quiet air, dense trees, and a completely different kind of feeling.

When you reach the main gate of the destination and read,
“Welcome to the City of Temples,”
it feels like the journey doesn’t end there — instead, a new story begins.

At the end of this video, I leave you with a question —
the idols carved by hand on the walls of Bishnupur’s temples,
created so many centuries ago without modern tools —
how was such perfection even possible?
