1 pound of ground beef
1 medium cabbage
1/2 medium onion
1/2 medium green bell pepper
1 1/2 jar 24 oz spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup of ketchup
1 teaspoon of light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon complete seasoning, Badia
1 teaspoon salt, optional
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, optional
