The questions read:-

The number of integral roots of the equation x^8 - 24x^7 - 18x^5 + 39x^2 = 1155 = 0 is:

a. 0
b. 2
c. 4
d. 6

Can you solve this JEE Advanced level question from the Black Book?

This is an octic equation and will be having 8 roots. We have to find out of these 8 roots, how many will be integral roots.

This is a very tricky question from the black book of JEE and so is the solution to this question. If you know the right trick to solve this question, you can solve this question in minutes without even touching a pen.

if not, you'll get into a very complex equation that may result in the wrong answer.
