This is a gentle yoga session focused on breath and mindful movement, designed to leave you feeling happy, relaxed, strong, and deeply stretched.
We'll use yoga blocks for support and yoga straps to enhance our stretches. Moving through the body—neck, shoulders, back, hips, and legs—we'll focus on each area with care, always staying connected to our breath and working within our own comfortable range.
