The Patrullarve chairlift was built in 1989 by the company Garaventa. It replaced a T-bar lift from the 1960s on the same route. In the summer of 2026, it will be replaced by a new six-seater chairlift from LEITNER Ropeways.
The new chairlift will also operate in the summer for transporting mountain-bikes. It will also feature comfort improvements such as bubbels and heated seats. A new top speed of 6 m/s will also significantly reduce travel time.
