Описание: Inaugurated in 2007, the Asian Film Awards honours outstanding achievement in Asian cinema. Eminent filmmakers and internationally acclaimed actors from around the world are invited to make the awards presentation in each category. A jury panel of international industry professionals will select this years award winners. Prominent guests, stars and filmmakers who have attended the AFA in the past include: Luc Besson, Arthur Cohn, Hou Hsiao-Hsien, William Hurt, Jeon Do-yeon, Kwai Lun-Mei, Andy Lau, Jet Li, Barrie Osborne, Rain, Shu Qi, Oliver Stone, Harvey Weinstein, John Woo, Michelle Yeoh and many others. The awards presentation ceremony promises an evening of glamour and excitement befitting the honouring of the highest achievements in Asian cinema.
