Representative Sydney Kamlager-Dove asked Attorney General Pam Bondi a direct question: Do you believe President Trump is honest? Bondi deflected to "commander-in-chief" before finally answering yes under oath. Then Kamlager-Dove presented the evidence. Trump claimed he cut gas prices by 1,400 percent. False. Trump blamed Minnesota Governor Tim Walz for a crime even though the DOJ had already indicted someone else. When asked if Trump undermined public trust, Bondi claimed she wasn't familiar with his statement. Kamlager-Dove then asked about a DOJ report on political violence. The DOJ published research showing far-right violence outpaces far-left violence. The report was on the DOJ website September 11, 2025. By September 12, it was gone. When asked why the DOJ removed the report, Bondi deflected and refused to answer. She also confirmed an undisclosed government watch list but refused to say who's on it. Bondi testified Trump is honest while Kamlager-Dove presented evidence contradicting that claim.
