Описание: Padmavati since the day the film went on the floors. Various fringe groups and political leaders have accused Bhansali of distorting historical facts and showing a relationship between Rajpur queen Rani Padmini and Muslim ruler Alauddin Khilji. The protests have intensified to an extent that the initial release date of December 1 of the film, starring Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh, now stands deferred. Historians and experts are still divided over the existence of Rani Padmini, whose story was told in a poem written in 1540 called Padmavat by Sufi poet Malik Muhammad Jayasi.
