White Sox broke the game open in the 7th inning. Lenyn Sosa singled to score Mike Tauchman. Miguel Vargas launched his 13th homer of the season to bring in 3 runs. Edgar Quero would blast a 3-run homer to left center to score Kyle Teel and Luis Robert Jr.

Andrew Benintendi robbed Bryce Harper of a home run in the top of the 8th to keep the score 9-2.

Philadelphia would score their 3rd and final run on a Brandon Marsh homer.

Pitch Tyler Alexander got the start, going 3.1 innings while fanning 3. Mike Vasil went 4.0, also fanning 3 and earning the win. Brandon Eisert pitch 0.2 with a strikeout. Steven Wilson went 1.0 innings with a strikeout.

The Chicago White Sox defeat the Philadelphia Phillies, 9-3, at Rate Field in Chicago, IL.
