In the Kitchen with Bethany: Banana "Ice Cream" Recipe

Описание: Some might call it a Banana Frosty. Either way, this dessert is sweet, creamy, and the perfect way to cool off on a hot day. You might never go for the real stuff again – well, maybe.

Main Ingredients:

4 frozen bananas (chopped into chunks)
1/2 cup of frozen coconut milk (1/4 cup Non-frozen coconut milk can be used as well!)
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract*
1/2 tsp Sea Salt*

*These aren't necessary, but make it extra yummy! That's how we like it!

Optional Flavorings:

Cinnamon or Pumpkin Spice (to desired taste)
1/2 cup of your favorite frozen fruit (mango, peaches, strawberries, cherries…)
1 tbsp Cacao Powder or Dark Chocolate
1 tbsp Nut butter

Topping ideas:

Cacao Nibs (https://www.nowfoods.com/natural-food...)
Chocolate Chips/Fudge
Sliced almonds / chopped nuts
Shredded organic coconut
Dried fruit chunks (Goji berries, etc)

...You can add basically anything you like!
