Hello The Way We Wore Fans,
Here is an updated video for you all documenting the gown at being from A/W 1966. We thank our subscriber Henry for his investigating, helping give us more context to this beautiful piece of couture.
We hope the New Year finds you well, and to kick it off we wanted to share this amazing Yves Saint Laurent couture from Doris’ collection. This beautiful black sequin gown has hand sewn triangle sequins throughout with jet black beading framing each sequin. The romantic silhouette and the craftsmanship make this a wonder of haute couture.
