🍽️ Diet Plan:
🍬 No Sweets (candy, ice cream, cheesecake, McDonald’s apple pie, etc.)
🍗 No Fried Foods
🛌 No Eating While Laying Down
🍔 Limit Fast Food, Pork & Chips (occasional treat, not daily)
💧 Drink 80 oz of Water
🥗 Follow Daily Macros — 1,700 calories within 3 meals + 1 snack
Daily Macros:
🍳 Breakfast — 32g Protein | 28g Carbs | 13g Fat
🥗 Lunch — 33g Protein | 28g Carbs | 13g Fat
🍎 Snack — 16g Protein | 13g Carbs | 6g Fat
🍽️ Dinner — 49g Protein | 41g Carbs | 20g Fat
🏋️ Workout Plan:
🍑 Mon: Lower Body Strength
💪 Tue: Upper Body Strength
🚶 Wed: Rest or Light Walk
⚡ Thu: Full Body Strength
🔥 Fri: Core & Glute Focus
👟 Sat: 15 min Walk + Core Work
😴 Sun: Rest
🍚 Refeed: Every other Sunday — +40g carbs, -10g fat
