1 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1.5 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp chicken seasoning
1 tsp msg
2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder

►For the KFC Flour Mix

3 cups (360g) plain flour
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp sweet paprika
2 tsp mustard powder
2 tsp white pepper
2 tsp celery salt
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp ginger powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp MSG
2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili
1 tbsp chicken seasoning

►For Frying

1.5 litre or 50.7fl oz sunflower oil

►For the Tandoori mayonnaise

1/2 cup milk
2 cup oil
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp garam masala
salt taste acording
1/2 tsp black pepper
