23 Minute AMRAP #MJ

✔️Work to your level. Start slow if you need to. Push your pace if you can!
5 exercise AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) straight through for 23 minutes! Following the 23 minutes, you have a bicep curl finisher!
1. Push-ups
2. Squat jumps
3. PUPP Touchdowns
4. Lateral Shuffle
5. Straight leg sit-up
