In this video you'll learn how to make fruit coulis. We will make a berry coulis and an apricot coulis using 2 different methods. Then we will talk about some coulis designs and plate a brownie in six different ways using what we have learnt.

= Berry Coulis =
170g (6oz) mixed berries, fresh or defrosted
1 1/2 Tablespoons water or juice
1/4 cup icing sugar
= Apricot Coulis =
4 apricots, diced
100ml (3 fl oz) water or juice
50g (1 oz) sugar of your choice
