Here is a video montage of the making of my DIY 5150 Kramer replica. The guitar that Eddie Van Halen used in the 80's. It is perhaps one of the most recognizable guitars on the planet. I put a few of my EVH covers on as background music using this very same guitar. Even threw in a quick rendition of Atomic punk at the end, which is still a work in progress. Hopefully any EVH fans will appreciate the build photos, as whilst I can't play particularly well, it certainly makes it more fun when its playing on your very own hand built instrument.
Special thanks to Pete Dunn for all the woodworking and soldering assistance.... Lets face it I just did the paint job by myself.
