Описание: Many times if building a new home or adding onto your home with an addition, a town may require you to install a seepage pit or pits.


In this video, we were required to install 2- 1000 gallon pits in the rear of the home and 1- 500 gallon pit in the front of the home.


For this Brand New Project, we are adding 3 additions to this home.
A rear master bedroom suite. A left side lower level garage to make this home a 2 car garage.

Behind the garage will be an attached storage room. Above this garage and storage room will become an additional bedroom and bathroom.
To the right of the home we are adding a dining room area with pantry.


The entire exterior is being refaced and newly roofed.
