Star Citizen Exploiter One-Shots Idris with Gladius & P4 Rifle

During a live match in Arena Commander with multiple random players, ships began exploding instantly with no clear cause. At first, it seemed like lag or desync, until it became clear that a single player was responsible.
To test what was happening, I escalated through multiple ships:
A light fighter was destroyed instantly
An F8 was one-shot
A QI was destroyed the moment it engaged
At that point, I pulled out an Idris and set shields and systems to maximum. Despite this, the Idris was instantly destroyed by a Gladius.
To test further, after the player was ejected from their ship, the Idris was destroyed again, this time by a rifle while the player was in EVA.
Lets gets this dude banned, and brought the the attention of CIG so they can fix this.
