Building a Modular 250 Gallon Offset Smoker

Описание: I built this modular 250 Gallon offset smoker that can attach together in sections. The idea behind it is that I can fabricate it in sections that I can easily move and assemble in my small backyard. Otherwise if I built it in my backyard as a single unit, I would need to cut it up or crane it out if I wanted to remove it. The other reason I'm building it in sections is so I can extend it easily in the future and experiment with different stacks and fireboxes.

I will do another video in the future where I walkthrough the operation and features of the smoker.
