Materials Used:
Wire Wreath Form @Michaels for $4.99
Red Burlap x 3 rolls, 4 inch wide @Michaels for $5.99 per roll
1 meter of Black Ribbon, 1 inch wide @Michaels for $1.45 per meter
Piece of Foam Core or Cardboard
Small Piece of Velcro, 1 inch wide
Gold Paint, I already had it but you can get it @Walmart
Glue Gun & Glue Sticks
