Petit Munster Géromé is an AOC designated cheese made in the Alsace region in France. They will be strong smelling and have an orange rind and soft when pressed when fully ripe. My version is similar in size, 10 cm / 4 inches across and 5 cm / 2 inches high.
I have dubbed my version Little Monsters, as my pronunciation of this cheese is terrible! A taste test will be available once the cheese has ripened.
