Oh hi! Guess who recorded some flow?
I think I may have found a way to capture some footage without it taking away from the need to flow for me.
Went out to flow the other day, and after an hour or 2, I felt I had gotten what I wanted out of the session. So I figured why not record something before packing it up.
As opposed to what I got in the habit of doing before, where I’d set up a camera and try to get a good clip before flowing for me. Which would usually just turn into one long recorded flow sesh where I felt more like I was performing than escaping.
My new approach, flow for me first, and capture some footage after if it feels right.
