Neon Trees Animal Drum Cover

Описание: This song was recently offered for free from iTunes so I gave it a try and really enjoyed the 80's vibe it has. My kids both liked it a lot too so I decided to make it my next project.

The drum set for this song had a completely different sound from most of the songs I had recently posted so instead of tuning my set I just used another slot and created a new one changing everything in the process. It took a few days to get everything the way I wanted it but I think it's pretty close to the original sound now. I was even able to add the clapping to the rim of my second tom which is one of the cool things about having an electronic set.

I'm currently down one cymbol due to a problem I was having with the choke on the pad I was previously using in the ride position. I had been getting by with it but finally got tired of putting up with the problems so I shipped it off this past week. I added a light crash sound to the edge of the ride for this song to make up for it. I hope it comes back soon because I need it for the next song I plan on doing.

On the editing side of things my son just got a new camera that does HD videos so I was able to use it and capture 2 angles at once for this one which helped a lot. The editing process went much smoother this time but I'm sure it would be a lot easier with better software.
