S.H.E. or See Her Exceed, is more than just about mentorship – it´s about breaking down cultural barriers and creating the enabling conditions for emancipate young women scientists and future leaders.

The excellence of this programme benefited from the support of eight internationally renowned experts in the field of deep-sea research, who accepted to volunteer their time and experience to serve as mentors.
