Описание:
A tech house mix combined with beta isochronic tones for targeted left-brain stimulation.
Part of the Steady Focus for ADHD Brains series, this session is designed to:
✅ Support steady, sustained focus without feeling overstimulating
✅ Provide an auditory anchor to minimise cognitive friction
✅ Help you stay on task without getting pulled away
♫ MP3 version - I'm still working on the product page for this new session variation, so the MP3 version will be available soon.

Who is it for?
● Students with ADHD who want steady background focus for studying
● Professionals who need calm, sustained concentration through the working day
● Anyone who finds high-intensity focus tracks too much, but still wants that extra edge of concentration
How this session works
This track uses a split-hemisphere protocol to encourage steady cognitive engagement in the left brain, which is primarily responsible for logic and linear tasks.
● The Cycle: Over each 15-minute cycle, the Right ear (Left brain) moves between 17Hz and 20Hz, while the Left ear (Right brain) moves between 12Hz and 14Hz.
● This gentle rise and fall repeats throughout the track, giving your brain a steady rhythm to lock onto without the intensity spiking too high.
👉 To stimulate the left brain, frequencies are played in the right ear (and vice versa).
Headphones Required 🎧
Because this session delivers independent frequencies to each ear, headphones are essential for the split-hemisphere effect to function. Want to know more about how this works? See: https://www.mindamend.com/brainwave-e....
Volume 🔊
Set the volume at a comfortable level that's clear enough to hear the isochronic tones, but never uncomfortably loud.

About My Process
I now create the individual music tracks for my mixes using AI, then manually edit and remaster them. I used to license those from stock music libraries, but AI gives me much more creative control, as I can curate tracks that blend well together and fit the goal of the isochronic tones session.
The rest of my process hasn't changed. I still manually set the playlist order, mix the transitions, layer in my isochronic tones, and add amplitude modulations to the music that sync with the tones. The brainwave entrainment part of my tracks is the core of what this channel does, and that part is always created by me.
