Abstract
Gloria Anderson, born Gloria Clyde McCulloch in 1919, is a descendant of family who attended “the old tin school” where Huebner and Evers intersect today and classes were taught in German. She also tells of her own attendance at Leon Valley School, her classmates, the growth of the school property and facilities, and the greatest invention of her lifetime, electricity.
