Creamy Chicken & Crozet Risotto

Ingredients :
• 300 g chicken breast
• 180 g crozet pasta
• 2 medium carrots (small cubes)
• 1 large onion (chopped)
• 600 ml chicken broth (hot)
• 60 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Fresh parsley or thyme
• Salt & black pepper
Recipe:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan, sear chicken until golden, then remove.
2. In the same pan, sauté onion and carrots for 3–4 min.
3. Add crozets, stir well, then gradually pour in hot broth.
4. Return chicken to the pan, simmer until pasta is tender and chicken cooked through.
5. Remove from the heat, stir in Parmesan until creamy, then finish with fresh herbs. Serve immediately!
