In this session I’m training with Riekerd and Duvan Bornman, and we’re doing what matters most in armwrestling — testing real, table-relevant strength.
We’re not chasing ego lifts.
We’re testing PRs in the movements that actually decide matches.
In this video we push limits on:
Seated pronation
Outside side pressure
Cupping strength
Pronation-engaged back pressure
Finger containment
What makes this session special isn’t just the numbers — it’s the mindset.
These guys are competitive, driven, and hungry, and my job is to push them past the point they thought was possible.
