Описание: This amp was the top of the line Model in 1955. There were other "Suitcase Style" Model 88's before, and after, this one, but many of those were a lesser model (88N) or with only 12" speakers or with out the pair of 3 1/2" speakers. This model has a 15" speaker along with the two smaller ones and has the unique "Organ Stop" style tone controls which work wonderful and have the advantage of repeatable setting and acting as a standby setting. The accompanying extention speaker is one I made (I am a "semipro" cabinet builder) using a pair of the 3/12" Jenson from1955, along with a modern 15" Jensen. The star of this demo is the" Premier Revereration" Unit. These units have a pair of tubes in them and even though 50+ years old, I (and others) know they sound better than what is avaiable today. The reverb effect is only on at about half, as beyond that the thing sounds really wild. The guitar is a Gibson ES-137 Custom. No longer produced. Quite different (upscale) than the ES-137 Classic, still being made.
