PESANG BANGUS (MILKFISH) Lutong bahay

Описание: Pesang Bangus is a simple fish soup stewed in ginger and vegetables like potato, cabbage and petchay.

Ingredients
1 piece medium Bangus (milkfish)
1/2 Repolyo (cabbage)
1 bundle Petchay
2 pieces thumbsize Ginger sliced thin
1 piece onion
1 piece potato
2 pieces chili (siling haba)
2 tablespoon fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon whole black pepper (slightly crushed)
2 1/2 cup of rice washing add more as needed
