In this video we show how to solve most blown head gasket issues by cutting a groove around the bore and installing a steel wire that sticks up and creates a lock seal in the head gasket. This has been successful on blown/turbo and nitrous engines for many years, especially those that were only designed with 4 bolts around each cylinder.
Thanks to “The Legend” for providing a couple of blocks to practice on, both ended up surviving which shows just how good this tool is. It’s available only through Dynamic Engine Development, the same guys that make the popular DED Billet head for Animal and GX200 Clone.
