Proud moment for Morshing village for their incredible Achievement been awarded the 3rd Position this year for sustainable and responsible Tourism under Best Tourist Destination Award by Arunachal Tourism Department, Joined the celebration of this remarkable achievement at Morshing Village alongside my friend Hon’ble MLA Shri Tenzin Nyima Glow Ji, ZPM Tashi Wangchu Ji and ADC Kalaktang Shri Mindo Loyi Ji along with Senior Dignitaries and HOD's.

During the celebration, we also launched the "Welcome to Morshing, The Land of Khandro Drowa Sangmo" brochure, a beautifully crafted guide that will play a pivotal role in promoting the serene beauty of Morshing and introducing travelers to the cultural treasures of the region.

This achievement stands as a testament to the dedication and commitment of Morshing, Domkho and Sanglem villages in showcasing their unique tourism potential. Visitors from across the country come to experience the rich cultural heritage of the Monpa and Himalayan Buddhist community, seamlessly blended with the serene natural beauty of these villages. The charm of Morshing, Domkho, and Sanglem lies not only in their scenic landscapes but also in the warmth and hospitality of their people, who strive to preserve and share their traditions with pride.

The celebrations were both moving and vibrant, with traditional dances and heartfelt performances from local singers capturing the rich cultural essence of the Monpa community and bringing the Celebration to life.

I wholeheartedly congratulate Morshing Village along with Domkho and Sanglem for this remarkable achievement, a true reflection of their dedication and commitment in bringing this prestigious award to our region.

I encourage these villages to continue working together to develop this area as a prime tourism region. With its rich cultural heritage, breathtaking landscapes, and welcoming spirit, MSD have immense potential to attract and enchant visitors.

My deepest appreciation goes to the Morshing Village Council, Panchayat, senior leaders, govt. employees, Amates and the youths for organizing such a memorable event. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the villagers of Morshing for their warm hospitality making this celebration truly grand and unforgettable.
