H2D Left nozzle Mis-feed - nozzle is in the lower position!?

4 out about 20 times - my H2D has Mis-fed PLA in the Left HotEnd/Nozzle extruder!?
During the initial’ 15-20 sec when the filament is just coming down into the nozzle - that head should be in the upper position to close that gap down - so the alignment of the filament is easier to auto-install…. then it would drop down and remove the tip cover - and continue it’s routine.
20% failure rate for AMS feed is not very good - especially for PLA.
They say to not run engineered material in the AMS… really!?…. I was planning to use about 60-70% engineered filament - in my two AMS units - UGH’…. Although I have had good so far - for sure in the Right Nozzle.
