Hello, my friends,
In January, it was my two-year Adrenal Insufficiency diagnosis anniversary. This might not seem like much of a big deal to others, but I think if you have experienced ill health for a long time, you will never forget the importance of days when your pain is validated. Plus, I made one last year and I feel as though I also learned so much this year that it felt silly not to make one!
