The use of the sacred vowel sounds has been used for thousands of years, and this is because they are very rich in overtones and the resonances. And those overtones and resonances suffuse through your entire being, waking up every cell, every molecule of your body, and literally rearranging them because sound can transform and reform matter. The sound of your own voice is very heart opening as well and can help aid in your connection with your divine aspect.

You can also experiment with different vowel sounds as well. There's a myriad of sounds, and shapes, and permutations of each vowel sound.

Again, I encourage you to experiment. Allow yourself to be playful with your voice. You're going to find that the more you can make different sounds like you did when you were a little kid, the more you can stretch your voice - to do more than what you think it can do, and just allow without judgment, that will stretch or expand your idea of who you think you are.

Because your voice literally is a representation of who you are. We identify ourselves with our voice. So, what your voice can do, your brain, your body, and your mind will follow.
