Fixing Error HTTP Error 500.19 error when you open an IIS 7.0 Webpage

Описание: I'm no expert in those kind of installation, i just by mistake solved that problem in my case, so i wanted to share it with you guys, in case somebody is an expert and can explain to me or the viewer what did i really do to fix, i'll appreciate that so much, if i am wrong about something, please correct me, may i missed up some of the security stuff ! anyway, i did my best.
