Japanese A5 Wagyu with caviar — a perfect appetizer for date night or special occasions.
Here’s What You’ll Need
• 1 lb A5 Wagyu
• 1 oz Royal Ossetra caviar
• 3 slices brioche bread
• 1 Tbsp truffle mayo
• 1 Tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
• Salt and pepper

Directions
• Trim a small piece of fat from the Wagyu, season with salt and pepper, and set the fat aside
• Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat, render the reserved fat, and sear the Wagyu about 2 minutes per side, keeping it rare to medium-rare
• Remove the Wagyu from the pan, let it rest, then cut into cubes
• Toast the brioche until golden, trim off the crusts, and slice into quarters
• Spread truffle mayo on each piece of brioche
• Top with the A5 Wagyu
• Finish with Royal Ossetra caviar and fresh chives
