Along the way we use the 2 hours on, 2 hours off, shift schedule at night.
We experiment with heaving to in a cat.
We also implement healthy meals based on dry beans, lentils and bread made of diverse healthy flours and real yeast...
This is a simple crossing done on a tight schedule that let us see the beauty of travelling open seas by sailboat. From the Aegean to the Atlantic we enjoyed it thoroughly.
The three of us, Kunter and I plus the boat, made a fantastic team!
