Sabse pehle jo bhi aapko pasand ho woh ingredients le sakte hain jaise hari mirchi, pyaz, tamatar, dhaniya.
👉 Moongfali optional hai — maine nahi daali kyunki mujhe pasand nahi hai.
Saath hi meethi neem (kadhi patta) bhi lein.
Ab chura (poha) ko ek bowl me lein aur sirf 2 minute ke liye pani me bhigo dein.
Dhyaan rahe poha zyada der pani me na rahe.
2 minute baad poha ko achhi tarah se chaan kar poora pani nikal dein.
Ab kadhai me tel garam karein.
Usme sarson ke dane (rai) daalein.
Jab rai chatakne lage to usme kadhi patta, hari mirchi, pyaz aur tamatar daal dein.
Sabko light brown hone tak bhunein.
Ab usme haldi aur namak daal dein.
Phir hara matar daal kar thoda sa paka lein.
Ab bhiga hua poha (chura) daal kar achhi tarah se mix karein.
Isse dheemi aanch par 2–3 minute tak paka lein.
