Increasingly, this is a business imperative because high-quality early childhood programs provide high return on investment and are key to improving grade-school reading proficiency, which is an early market of student success. Business experts will explain why the opportunity is now to expand Michigan's early childhood strategies and turn Michigan into a national leader for school readiness.
