Susanne's project goal is to spread awareness that there are various types of highly sensitive men, to break the stereotype idea of a (sensitive) man, and show what is possible when you are able to empower yourself.

Marc & Susanne joined forces for Susanne's project Highly Sensitive Men & project ZEPHIR.

Goal of project ZEPHIR;
'Marc and Antoine Albeau set the ultimate challenge to beat the overall sailing speed world record'.

Marc Amerigo leads the team with the French windsurfing athlete Antoine Albeau, and Susanne observes and analyses what Marc is experiencing as the UltraPerformance leader and works closely with the recording team that surrounds Marc.

He is a highly sensitive man and will be sharing, almost every week, about the challenges during the project, the victories, the emotions, the failures and everything 'raw and candid'.

He is leading the team with his own UltraPerformance philosophy and invited Susanne to analyse, scan and filter all the micro signals that Susanne observes, while using her own methodology.

Some episode parts will be about the emotional side of setting up a large project, disappointments and sometimes you will hear them talk about tech, progress and cooperation with the producers, etc.

The recording content is all about the personal journey of a highly sensitive man and not specifically the goal itself.
